All effect pedal sales are satisfaction guaranteed for 60 days from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason just return the pedal to the address below for a refund of the purchase price less a 4% credit card transaction fee.

Please consider emailing me before returning the pedal, your dissatisfaction could be due to setup or improper use.

EXCHANGE POLICY
During the first 60 days from the date of purchase we are also willing to swap the pedal for a different model if you feel that a different pedal would better suit your needs. Please call or email before returning the pedal if an exchange is desired.

WARRANTY REPAIR
Just return the pedal to the address below with a note detailing the problem. All labor and parts are covered for 5 years from the date of purchase. Please include a check or money order for return shipping for the amount of $12.00 in the US; billing through PayPal is also an option. International shipping will be billed to the customer through PayPal, $25.00 Canada and all other international is $36.00

Please consider emailing me before sending the pedal in, we may be able to resolve the issue without returning the pedal.

NON WARRANTY REPAIR
If your pedal is out of warranty we will repair it for a flat fee of $40.00 which includes return shipping in the continental US, shipping to Canada is $15.00 additional and all other international is an additional $26.00.

EPI HARP CONVERSION
The type of conversion I offer is best described as voicing an amp for harp. It is a holistic approach based on my belief that an amp has a character or a natural presence, a tone that is fundamental to the components, their age, and the design of the amp. Let an amp be itself, and it will sound its best. When complete, your amp may not necessarily sound like a specific vintage amp (i.e. a '59 Champ or a '57 Premier), but it will have a warm vintage tone, a bass response others will envy, a good breakup, and be resistant to feedback.
