Returns for Refund and Exchanges

SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
All effect pedal sales are guaranteed for your satisfaction for 60 days from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, just return the pedal to the address below with original packaging for a refund of the purchase price minus a 4% credit card transaction fee. You will be refunded only after pedal has been inspected and tested.

Please consider emailing Customer Service before returning any product; your dissatisfaction could be due to setup or improper use.

EXCHANGE POLICY
During the first 60 days from the date of purchase, we are also willing to swap the pedal for a different model if you feel that another pedal would better suit your needs. Please call or email before returning the pedal if an exchange is desired.


Effect Pedal Repair Service

WARRANTY REPAIR
Just return the pedal to the address below with a note detailing the problem and your contact and order information. All labor and parts are covered for 5 years from the date of purchase. Please include a check or money order for return shipping for the amount of: $12.00 in the US, $35.00 to Canada, and $45 for all other international repairs. Billing through PayPal is also an option.

Please consider emailing Customer Service before sending the pedal in; we may be able to resolve the issue without returning the pedal.

NON-WARRANTY REPAIR
If your pedal is out of warranty, the cost of repair will depend on the severity of the issue. Return shipping will also be applied to total cost of repair: $12 in the continental US, $35 to Canada, and $45 to all other international repairs. We can invoice the total through PayPal or charge a credit card.
