Improving my Boogie(man)

I contacted Randy to inquire about the signal strength of the XLR line out on my Boogieman pedal and possibly using an external device to boost the signal. Randy graciously replied, after reviewing the schematic for the pedal, that if I would send the pedal to him, he would modify the line out circuit to boost the output. I sent the pedal and received it back two weeks later. Wow, I don’t know quite how many dBs, but the signal is indeed now much higher, and no external signal booster is needed! Thank you so much!

Perfect, I was having some issues with my pedal, contacted y’all. Shipped it to you and within a week it was back and is working perfectly. Great Service, great product!

Harpbreak Heartbreak

Lone Wolf provided excellent response to my much love Harpbreak which was faulty after many years use. They fixed it promptly and free of charge despite it being outside of the warrantee period. As I am in England, I had to pay for was postage to and from the USA. I wish other companies were so decent and honest liked this.
